Seven-point policy project

RISE

Rebuild.Innovate.Secure.Empower.
A future that works for everyone.

RISE brings together seven priorities: AI and automation, affordability, peace and diplomacy, investment at home, evidence-based government, future energy infrastructure and a fair legal path to America.

The RISE plan

Seven points.
One framework.

The seven points below are the current RISE framework. Each point states the proposal directly, with public-data context shown separately where relevant.

Point 02

Make Life Affordable Again

A strong economy should translate into an affordable life. Use innovation, automation, increased productivity and greater competition to reduce the cost of housing, healthcare, food and everyday necessities.

Economic progress should be measured not only by markets and corporate profits, but by whether ordinary people can actually afford a home, healthcare and a decent standard of living.

Midterm context: In a Pew Research Center survey conducted July 6–12, 2026, 29% of registered voters named an economic issue as the single subject they most wanted congressional candidates to discuss, including 15% who specifically named cost of living or affordability. Source: Pew Research Center

Peace Through Strength and Diplomacy

End the Iran War and prevent the next one. America should be capable of defending itself and its allies when necessary, while making diplomacy the first choice instead of allowing conflicts to become endless wars.

Work toward stable relations with China and Russia, maintain America's security and reduce the risk of direct conflict between major powers.

Point 04

Invest in Americans First

American taxpayers should not be treated as an unlimited source of funding for wars abroad. Reduce long-term American funding of foreign conflicts, including Ukraine and Israel, and direct more resources toward challenges at home.

Invest in housing, healthcare, infrastructure, technology and economic security so that American resources also produce tangible benefits for people living in America.

Point 05

Government That Actually Works

Government should be driven by evidence, expertise and measurable results, not political theater.

Scientists, engineers, economists, doctors and other qualified experts should have a meaningful role in developing policy in their fields while elected representatives remain accountable to the people.

Test what works, measure the results and change policies when the evidence shows that something isn't working.

Point 06

Power the Future

America cannot lead the AI and robotics revolution with outdated infrastructure.

Modernize the power grid, expand generation and transmission capacity, and invest in reliable next-generation energy — including nuclear power, renewables, energy storage and emerging technologies.

AI companies and data centers should help pay for the additional infrastructure and energy capacity they require instead of simply shifting those costs onto households.

Build enough reliable and affordable energy to power AI, advanced manufacturing, homes and the technologies of the future.

Point 07

A Fair Path to America

America should remain a country where people can legally come to build a life, work, study, start businesses and contribute.

Manage the border effectively and enforce immigration law while creating clear and efficient legal pathways for workers, entrepreneurs, families and people seeking a new start.

Immigration policy should be practical and humane: maintain control over who enters the country while giving people who follow the rules a realistic opportunity to become part of America.

SocialFreddy

Creator of RISE · Founder, SocialFreddy LLC

RISE was created by SocialFreddy as a future-focused policy project built around technology, affordability, security and opportunity.

The goal is to bring ideas about AI, energy, immigration, diplomacy and effective government into one clear framework — and present them in a way that is modern, understandable and open to discussion.

SocialFreddy combines technology, design, entertainment and public discussion under one visual identity. RISE extends that world into policy and ideas about the future.
